Club History
Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant SC was chartered and received into Rotary International on June 24th, 1977.
Our first president was Don Spoonheim.
Club meetings are currently held at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church at 302 Hibben Street in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
Our weekly meetings are on Wednesdays at 12:30 P.M.
Our club sponsored a new Rotary Club, the East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club, in 1996.
The new club was designated under 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a Public Charity effective September 21, 2010.
Meeting Time And Location
Our club meets each Wednesday at 12:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall of the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
We’re located at 302 Hibben Street, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
This is the address of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
You will find the Fellowship Hall located in the back area of the church campus.
A sign labeled “The Net” is above the front door.
