Club History
Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant SC was chartered on June 24, 1977. Our first president was Don Spoonheim. Our club meets at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church at 302 Hibben Street in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Our weekly meetings are on Wednesdays at 12:30 P.M.
This club sponsored a new Rotary Club, the East Cooper Rotary Club, in 1996. The club was designated under 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code as a Public Charity effective September 21, 2010.
Meeting Time and Location
We meet each Wednesday at 12:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We’re located at 302 Hibben Street, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. This is the address of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
The Fellowship Hall is located in the back area of the church campus. A sign labeled “The Net” is above the front door.
