Pedaling For Prosperity
The Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant successfully collected 11 bikes today, Saturday, November 22, 2025, for the Bikes For Africa initiative!
“Bicycles for Africa” refers to several Rotary club initiatives that collect, refurbish, and ship used bicycles to communities in Africa to provide transportation for children’s education and aid access to healthcare.
The drop-off location saw a great turnout, with PDG Rotarian Lou Mello and Rotarian Mary Ellen Green coordinating the collection of the bicycles.
